missingWrote a review on Dec 13spacious roomsdelicious buffetgreat massagesthick pillowsnoisy environmentlimited activities
The hotel offers spacious rooms with large windows, great for catching the sunrise and sunset. The buffet during lunch and dinner has a delicious variety, especially the grill area. Cindy and Magdalena, the spa masseuses, provide great massages, although their hours are limited. Activities around the resort feel similar to Club Med with plenty to choose from. However, breakfast does not include warm vegetables or potatoes, and the pillows in the room are too thick and hard for comfort. The room decor resembles cheaper hotel chains rather than what you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. Noise levels from large family groups can be distracting, especially during late-night events. Planning simultaneous activities, like Zumba and chocolate tasting, could lead to crowds and tension. I'd suggest a separate wing or floor for families to keep quieter areas for couples wanting to relax. Overall, the experience had its highs but needed improvements in several areas.

The spa services like massages and the heated outdoor pools were perfect for unwinding. One thing I didn't enjoy was the thick pillows—they were a bit hard for my taste. 🌅 Don't miss the buffet. it has tons of delicious options!

The spacious room offered stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset, enhancing the overall atmosphere. However, while the buffet had a delicious grill section and offered a variety of food, breakfast could really benefit from healthier options like warm vegetables. The thermal pools didn’t live up to expectations and the noise from music at night disrupted any chance of evening relaxation. Service was generally adequate, but some staff seemed uncomfortable. Cindy and Magdalena provided excellent spa services when available, although the hours were quite limited.

The essentials, minus the fluff
Spacious room with stunning views of sunrise and sunset was a highlight. The buffet featured varied lunch and dinner options, especially the grilled dishes. However, breakfast lacked healthy options and the spa had limited hours. Expect a lively atmosphere with various activities, but the noise levels can disrupt relaxation.

Great indoor pool that connects to the outside, perfect for fun. The food options could be more diverse and flavorful.

The indoor/outdoor pool setup is amazing! The noise from large groups really made relaxing hard. There are tons of activities like karaoke and bike rentals. Food selection could be better, especially at breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms with great views of nature. It's more of a lively family spot than a tranquil getaway.
